 (1 reason) Why the NCR suck and are destined to lose at Hoover Dam  This is something which has always annoyed me about the NCR. Look at their uniforms. That poor ranger right there, he must BOIL to death out there in the Mojave. And the troopers aren’t much better, in their heavy green army gear and FACE COVER MASK THING HOW DO THEY SURVIVE IT MUST BE HELL. No wonder they wish for a nuclear winter.  The Legion on the other hand, know their game. Some people make fun of the Legion uniform but to be honest I’d be happier wearing a nice breezy skirt than pre-war riot armour and a black Ranger great coat. AND then a face mask.  This is one of the many reasons why the NCR suck.
